These soft, warm onesies, or footed pajamas in very good used condition.
Wow, they remind me of when my twins were small.....35 years ago!
They are 41" long from shoulder to ankle, with the inseam measuring 19".
The feet are 8" long, by 4" wide.
Laying it flat on the table, relaxed it measures 15" across the chest and
waist and 17" across the hips.
From the arm pit seam, the sleeves measure 15.5" long.
From the crotch to shoulders, it measures 25".
The fabric is thick but light, soft, slightly stretchy.

One similar is best. Lay it flat on a table, and measure across bust, waist, etc.
