no notification is made, seller will ship First Class as specified in
listing and will only be responsible for proof of delivery to local US post office. If item is lost beyond that or within local customs office, buyer bears loss of shipment at this point. Seller does not assume any liability at this point. Please
note that First Class International packages can on rare occasions take
up to 6-8 weeks to be received by buyer due to packages being held up
