International buyers please be aware your item can take up to 8 weeks
when shipping First Class. For faster shipping ( but not fast) please
choose Priorty Mail when checking out. Your welcome to choose the
cheaper rate for First Class when applicle (up to 4 pounds) but you
must be willing to wait for your item.
Except for Free shipping listings, the shipping price you see also
includes a handling fee. Its not extra. Its already been added. Be sure
to look at the shipping and handling price before you purchase. Do not
buy if you do not agree with the price.
Refunds are only given in a few cases where an item is signifcantly
different then item description. If you have any problems, please
contact us through Ebay messaging. Do not email us outside of Ebay. Your
satisfaction is important to us.
Keep in mind we are a family owned business ran out of our home mostly
by me. I answer most questions within a few hours but at times it could
take a few days.
Shipping days are Monday, Wensday & Friday. After cleared payment your item is shipped within 3 business days.
I am sorry but I can not guarantee if alot of my items are coming from a
smoke or pet free enviroment. Our sources for our items are too
many. Our items are kept in a smoke free enviroment but we do have
a small dog. If you have seen my Me page you will notice my dog. He is a
maltipoo (maltese & poodle) which is considered to be
hypoallergenic but like I said many of my items do not come from my own
home.
