DIFFERENT COUNTRIES WITH DIFFERENT SIZING METHODS, WE RECOMMEND TRYING
ON ALL ITEMS BEFORE WASHING, ALTERING OR REMOVING ORIGINAL TAGS.DAVIS RETAIL GROUP will not accept or issue credit for any returned merchandise that has been washed, worn, altered, had the tags removed, or is returned in the above mentioned condition unless there is a manufacturer defect or fabric flaw found within 30 days.
The customer is responsible for incurring the cost of shipping any return or exchange merchandise back to Davis Retail Group at 2907 East Texas Street, Bossier City, LA 71111, within 30 days of the purchase date. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Be sure to include your name, address, and order # inside the package.
It is the customer's responsibility to insure the package and obtain a tracking number from the shipper that you use for your protection and records.
Obviously, refunds will not be issued until items are received and processed by our returns department.
We will ship any exchanged merchandise back to you at a charge of $5.99 for shipping.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS: If a shipment is refused or non-deliverable, the customer will be billed for the shipping costs of the refused or non-deliverable order both ways with a 25% restocking fee added.
A 10% reprocessing fee will be deducted form the credit amount of any returned items which: are not in the original packaging, have been subject to pet hair, odors, smoke, stains, dirt, or any other type of damage.
