Our “Open and Honest” Policy: We are a smoke free and pet free home. We do acquire most of our items from others in previously owned/used condition and have no way of knowing how many times it has been worn, washed, etc. We are very particular about items we accept and will never list anything that we can detect any smoke or other unpleasant odors on.
Our “60 Day Money Back Guarantee”: This is almost unheard of in the world of used clothing. With most used clothing, you’re taking your chances and there are no returns. Not with us though. We want you to have the peace of mind that if you’re not 100% satisfied you have the option to return your purchase for up to 60 days for a full refund (you pay return shipping).
Item Condition: Everyone’s idea of “excellent” or “very good” or “okay” is subjective. We don’t try to categorize our items. Instead, we only accept items that we would put on our own kids and grandkids. We inspect each item at least three times (when we take it in, when we photograph it and when we pack it) and provide high quality photos so you can see for yourself. If we do miss something (we are human!), we stand behind our “Make It Right” policy. Just reach out to us directly and let us know.
