This jacket buckles in the front,has side loops for the arms and fastens with slider buckles. One of many odd items my father picked up at either a auction or a estate sale. It is new but has a few light mildew spots from sitting in his basement in a box for so many years. Any questions plz ask. Fast shipping. Thanks! Will be packed very tight in medium flat rate box
