Unfortunately, shipping costs have increased over the last few years. We do our absolute best to keep shipping costs as low as possible and offer an economical option as well as an expedited option. If the expedited option is the most economical, only priority shipping will be utilized. At this time, we only use the USPS (United States Post Office) First Class, Priority Mail, Parcel Post, or Media Mail (when appropriate). All shipments within the US are tracked. Please note that we are unable to track Canadian packages once they leave the US. Please be aware that if free shipping is noted on the listing, this only applies to the mainland US. All shipments outside the mainland US will be charged for shipment costs.

All items are well protected when packed, especially fragile items which are carefully wrapped and double-boxed. Shipping insurance is purchased on ALL fragile items.

Items are shipped the same day or next business day after confirmation of payment has been received from PayPal (exception - see 'Combined Shipping Option' below). The cut-off time for same day processing is 3:30pm ET Monday - Friday. Items purchased after 3:30pm on Fridays or any purchases made on Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped on Mondays or the next business day in case of a Monday holiday. If you need to make a purchase on a Friday after the cut-off for overnight shipping/next day delivery, please contact us prior to your purchase. Please note that although our home is smoke-free, we have German Shepherds. They are not allowed in the area where the eBay items are stored. Everything is stored in covered bins. Many (not all) of our listings and some of our shipping supplies are from yard sales and thrift stores. As we don't personally know the previous owners, it's possible that some items have been exposed to smoke or other odors and we're not aware. We wash all pre-loved clothing upon purchase and fluff dry before shipping. Shoes are cleaned, if necessary, and stuffed with fabric softeners before going into storage.

Everyone's sense of smell is different. If you detect an unpleasant odor when you receive your item, please contact us immediately and we'll work hard to ensure you're happy with your transaction!
