The first one is the Carters sleeper.
There are several types and materials to fit any little one's need.
the come in sizes Preemie to 9 months for the standard sleeper.
They can have a zipper and tab protector by the neck, these usually come on the fleece sleepers made of polyester; they are like a wearable blanket so baby stays warm.
Next you have your terry sleeper which are usually a 60/40 of cotton and polyester and have snap closures. The great thing about snap closures is you can change baby without taking the sleeper totally off, just unsnap the area around the legs!
Last you have your 100% cotton sleeper theses usually cone in either a zipper or snap closure but that are the thinnest of all the fabrics. I would recommend them for year round use, but mostly at night in the warmer months.
Carter's sleeper do go up in size for walkers.
Now there is Gerber sleepers.
Very similar to Carter's but there are more known for their wearable blanket.
There sleepers tend to come with zippers and are usually made of polyester.
Though you can find them in cotton in there multi-packs of two or more.
So you ask what is the difference between the two?
Well price for one. Carter's will run you more per sleeper than gerber will.
But you get more for your money with buying gerber.
I thing it is a matter of personal preference to.
I always felt that my kids outgrew there Carter's sleepers before they wore out but they could of been fast growers too!
It is all in your perspective, and needs.
I totally recommend either brand for any new baby for the first 9 months of growing. Both companies have been around for many years and have solid reputations.
Thank you for reading.
