SELLING PRICE – I sell my items at the lowest price possible. Most of the time I check to see what other sellers are selling the same item for and I usually am one of the lowest. That’s why I don’t “barter” with my customers. Keep in mind that I am a “real” business and this is not a hobby so I pay lots of money on taxes every year, besides all the other fees and expenses of running a business.

ITEM RECEIVED DAMAGED or RECEIVED WRONG ITEM - If this happens, please contact me immediately so that I can rectify the situation. I would never intentionally send you the wrong item so please give me the chance to correct the problem BEFORE leaving feedback.

SEND AN INVOICE – In order for me to send you an invoice, you have to buy the items first. You have two options on how to do that.

“Buy it now” – go into each listing and select the options and buy the item. When finished with all of your purchases, ask for an invoice.
Using the shopping cart. Add all of the items that you wish to buy to your shopping cart. Continue all the way through check-out. Yes you must go through the check-out or else you have not purchased it! Stop just before signing into pay-pal and paying for it and then request an invoice. If you go too far and you do end up paying for the item, my listings are set up to automatically calculate the shipping discount for you. And if you are overcharged on shipping, I WILL refund the overpayment automatically.

COMBINED SHIPPING & HANDLING - I combine shipping and handling when you make ONE payment. It costs me more for each payment that you send me through Pay-pal. So if you make more than one payment I can NOT give you a refund. Make sure you ask for an invoice BEFORE paying for your package. If you are an international customer and the listing requires you to make immediate payment on the items that you are purchasing, feel free to contact me first so that I can edit those listings so that they don’t require immediate payment. Then I can combine shipping and handling for you. I charge all my customers what it actually costs to ship an item plus a 50 cent handling fee for the package (not per item).

SHIPPING ADDRESS – Please make sure that the address on your paypal payment is where you want your package to be delivered to. I print my labels automatically and I do not type in addresses. You can set up different “ship to” addresses on your paypal account so that you can send gifts to other people directly but that needs to be done BEFORE sending your payment. It can only be shipped to the address on the payment!

SUPPLIERS – I purchase my items from various reputable retail stores as well as outlet stores. I do NOT sell knock-offs and have no interest to sell or buy them.

Please do not ask what store I got a particular item from. Although some brands are obviously sold only in particular stores, I do not reveal my sources.

“SELECT OPTIONS” – Many of my listings are auctions that you choose the color, size, etc. If you aren’t able to select the one that you want, that means that I do not have it.

CANCELING A PURCHASE – As stated in e-bay’s policy, once you hit “buy it now” you have committed to a contract to pay for the item and you are obligated to follow through with that purchase. That being said, I reserve the right to refuse your request to cancel the purchase. If you notify me immediately of your mistake, most likely I will cancel it for you. However if you decide a few days later that you want to cancel it, then I can assure you I will NOT cancel it. You’ve basically asked me to hold your item while you shopped elsewhere, which means that no one else could buy that item, while you were deciding whether or not you really wanted it.

DELIVERY TIME – I ship packages every business day (unless stated that I am on vacation). The estimated delivery date is based on e-bay’s prediction of when it will arrive. I can NOT control the postal service. Your tracking number is on your e-bay’s purchases page to the right of the item that you purchased. You can click onto that to get information about where you package is.

RETURN POLICY – Some items do NOT qualify for returns such as lingerie items, bathing suits and bedding, due to hygiene issues (for everyone’s protection). So please READ the return policy in each listing.

International Customers - Please Note:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

If you do not pick up your package and it gets returned to me, I cannot be held responsible for that. I’ve already lost the cost of shipping the item to you in the first place so I will not reship the item or refund you for that.
